EPHA is a legally registered national, independent, not-for-profit, voluntary professional association established in 1989 with a vision to attainment of the highest possible standard of health for all Ethiopians. EPHA has recently retained a survey management sub-grant with the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Program (ICAP) at Columbia University in support of the Ethiopia Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (EPHIA) project.
