Fast fresh food, this is the ethos of The Good Food Company. Experts say that fast food is terrible for you but it does not have to be! At The Good Food Company we have worked tirelessly to design a menu where every single dish is nutritious and healthy, from our awesome range of sandwiches, to our how can something this good for you taste so good salads and our lunch boxes including cuisine from all over the world.

Our sandwiches are crafted with creative and tasty fillings in either white or brown plain sandwich loaf or rolled up in a wrap. We highly recommend our bloomers made with bread that we created ourselves to be the perfect sandwich bread. We looked long and hard at our range of salads and came up with the most delicious combinations to make our salads special. Finally we came up with our lunch boxes from all over the world that feature speciality dishes from different countries complete with unique speciality condiments.

Our food is packaged in tailor-made specially developed packaging that looks great, includes fascinating facts about the ingredients we use and ensures that the food remains fresh for as long as possible.

TGFC is proudly Kenyan; we look no further than our borders to find all the fresh ingredients that we use in our products.
