  1. Understanding of job specification and drawing like GA, P&ID, PFD, & ISO.
  2. Material verification & traceability, fit- up, & visual welding inspection.
  3. Welding Procedure Qualification Test (WQPT) and Welder Qualification Test (WQT).
  4. Painting/Coating inspection that includes underground Pipe Wrapping and insulation.
  5. Knowledge of welding process like SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW.
  6. Storage of handling consumables.
  7. Selection of WPS for proper welding.
  8. Surveillances during welding & inspection after welding.
  9. PWHT, Pre heat, Post heat, activity & surveillances during PWHT.
  10. Hardness and thickness testing.
  11. Execute fabrication and erection pipeline with following Isometric drawing.
  12. Non – Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection, which include Radiography interpretation , Ultrasonic test , Magnetic Particle Inspection & Dye  Penetrant  Inspection
  13. Maintaining the Welder performance Record as per daily basic.
  14. Preparation Test Pack clearance for loop file as per piping system.
  15. Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic  Test, Leak test and flushing inspection.
  16. Seal welding & Box- up clearance as per piping system.
  17. Level and plumpness/ verticality checks.
  18. Pump and Motor alignment inspection with having experience also on compressor.
  19. Verification for completeness and correctness for the completed piping system.
