The Agribusiness Initiative Trust (AB Trust) is an agribusiness development trust set up by development partners led by DANIDA.
The Agribusiness Initiative Trust’s (AB Trust) immediate objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of Uganda’s agricultural and agro-processing sectors. Activities which aim at increasing incomes and improved quality of life for economically active smallholder farmers
can be supported. 
Farmers organisations, NGOs, producer and commodity associations, which wish to initiate projects and willing to contribute towards AB Trust’s objectives will be supported.
