Paradigm Shift is a US non-profit organisation working in South Africa in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. Paradigm Shift trains South African churches to empower the entrepreneurial poor through business training, microloans, mentoring and biblical discipleship. Paradigm Shift currently works with 7 churches and is expanding to 20 churches over the coming year.
